The shop’s terms of use

1. Who runs the shop

These terms govern your use of winduptoyshop.com ("Windup Toy Shop", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of winduptoyshop.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come into the shop

Windup Toy Shop is only for users aged 19 or over, and by using it you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. Virtual coins and what they are not

  • Every game runs on virtual coins given to you free of charge.
  • Coins have no monetary value. They are toy coins, not money, credit or property.
  • No one may purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes. There are no in-app purchases.
  • Nothing on the shelves is a prize of real-world value.
  • We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever the workbench needs to.

4. Real-money gambling: none here

Windup Toy Shop does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and it carries no links to gambling operators.

5. Your toy-box account

  • Dapple Gallop and Tin Speedway require a free account. Each person may hold one account, which must not be shared.
  • Your password stays with you. If someone else has been into your account, let us know at once.
  • Your account can be deleted at any time from the account page. Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.
  • We may suspend an account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to a person under 19.
  • Coins, levels and missions stay with the account; they are not your property and may be reset.

6. Using the shop fairly

Please do not try to disrupt the shop, point automated tools at it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. Availability, and limits of liability

The site is supplied ‘as is’, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. The law that governs these terms

Ontario’s provincial laws, together with the federal laws of Canada in force there, govern these shop terms.
